1659), lawyer and regicide judge in trial of Charles I,
subject of many writings. Or
John Bradshaw, pastor
of Etchingham in Sussex, writer of several pieces supporting the
restoration of the Stuart monarchy and disputing suggestions of a
Catholic plot. Or
William Bradshaw (d.
1618), pre-Civil War writer supporting
nonconformity, but opposing separatism. WG reads Bradshaw or about
