Eltonhead (8  December  1826) WG searches for information on Eltonhead, one of four suspended judges in South Wales in 1653. He consults the Order Book of the council of State June 18 [ 1653], which does not supply the information. He also consults the Parliamentary History in the British Museum (see WG's diary 1813-03-16).
