This large scale painting (not technically a panorama) depicted the capture and training of wild elephants in Ceylon amongst a detailed backdrop of exotic and wild foliage. The painting was executed by Mr. Daniell and was exhibited at the room of the Society of Painters in Water-colours in Pall-Mall East.
