There are only two entries in the diary. The first is a 'dine at' entry with various members of the Wedgwood family, while Godwin is travelling back through Warwickshire after his visit to Ireland, which is a convincing context, and the second is a record of his death, on the correct day. However, he also notes calling on Mrs Darwin when in the Nottingham/Derbyshire area on 13 June 1797. It is possible that this is Darwin's mother, who lives near Nottingham and dies in 1797.
