Godwin enters De Camp in the 1796 lists under 1797 and there are ten entries which refer to her: The plural 'De Camps' probably includes her brother Vincent, also an actor.
There must be some uncertainty about the identification as Godwin fails to refer to her as 'Miss De Camp' and in the one entry after her 1806 marriage she is still De Camp, not Mrs Kemble. However, it seems likely that the identification is correct: Maria Theresa's father died in 1787 and Vincent was not nearly as prominent in the theatrical world as his sister. Maria Theresa achieved a high degree of fame in the 1790s - which helps to explain why Godwin still refers to her by her maiden name in 1817. Several of the entries have a theatrical context - theatre advs, Drury Lane green room - several are with Holcroft and there are also three in 1796-8 in conjunction with Charles Kemble who she married in 1806 'after a lengthy courtship, and some delay given the disapproval of his family' (DNB).
