Godwin records his death and there are two meetings in 1811. 'stothard junr' is noted on 10 May 1830 but has not been coded.
In the Farington Diary index, Thomas Stothard is listed with the alternative spelling 'Stoddart'. Given Godwin's long-standing friendship with Stoddart , there is no reason to believe that Godwin would have confused them.
