Godwin calls on him in Oxford in 1794 (unsuccessfully) and 1801 (successfully), he appears as Dr White in 1787 in he 1796 list. He and Parr talk of White in 1795, Parr and Samual Braddock having been unacknowledged assistants in White work on the Brampton Lectures of 1784. White finally acknowledged his debt in 1790.
