See the entries for Emily Kingsman and Henry Kingsman. Godwin meets Dorothea Kingsman once, in 1799, after having met and written rather inapproriately to her sister in 1798. He calls at their home near Watford and meets 'mrs and misses Kingman.' That Dorothea is there is suggested by the entry in the 1796 list for 1799 to D Kingsman. That may refer to their mother, also Dorothea, but it is more likely that Godwin was also taken with the elder sister.
